This one-storey is located 15km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali in Rhodopy mountains at the and of a quiet village in a hilly area. It is spread on 500sq.m living area with a big yard which is 3600sq.m. The building needs total repair work. There is toilet, no bathroom inside but it is easy to be done as there is running water inside and outside the building. To wire the building with electricity and telephone is also possible. A septic tank or connection to the main drains is required.
There is a shop, regular bus line. About 100 people are living in the village, which are very kind and friendly. The road to the property is asphalt and it is reachable throughout the year. The nature is lovely, with fresh air and green forest around which makes the view amazing.
