This Bulgarian house has a beautiful view and is in comparatively good condition. It needs no serious repair works to be carried on. The walls are clay-plastered inside and then limed. All windows have wooden frames which are in very good condition and do not need changing but some window panes need replacement or refreshment. There is a parking space for your car in the yard. The house is located 200 metres from the village centre - not too distant and at the same time in a quiet place.
