The property is located in the end of a calm village just 12 km away from the scenic regional centre town of Dobrich and also 55 km away from the sea capital and the 3rd biggest town in Bulgaria – Varna where a port and a big international air-port are available. In the town of Varna, there are many places of cultural interest and entertainment worth to be visited. The house is 44 km away from the splendid sea town of Balchik, famous for its lovely botanic gardens and the exquisite castle of the Romanian princess Maria.
