The region where this quiet pastoral village is located is famous for its beautiful nature and clean environment. The town of Pazardzhik is only 30 km away from the house and the town of Plovdiv is 70km away. The region is also famous for its numerous mineral springs and spa resorts, as well as the wonderful winegrowing traditions dating back to centuries ago. The village, where the house is located is close to Trakia higway - a comfortable and quick way to reach the capital of Bulgaria Sofia, or the Bulgarian second biggest city Plovdiv.
This is a nice house on two floors with three rooms each and a big attic. The toilet is outside, but you can easily get it inside. The garden is 510 sq. m big with trees. It is nice and the soil is fertile, so you can use it for growing crops, flowers or fruit trees and spend many lovely evenings there in company of family and friends.
