The village in which we sale a house is situated 200 km away from Sofia, 8 km away from the town of Levski, 40 km away from the town of Svishtov, 40 km away from the town of Pleven, 3 km away from the high way Sofia-Rousse.
The property is two-storey and its living area is 200 sq. m. It was built in 1955.
Three rooms and two corridors plus veranda are located on the first floor. In one of the rooms, there is a fire place. The first floor, there is two entrances.
On the second floor, there are three rooms, a corridor plus veranda.
The furniture is included in the asking price.
