This old one-storey property is set 55km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. Located over 60sq.m of living area and 700sq.m garden the house provides amazing views towards the mountains and the white waters the river of Arda. It comprises of three rooms and a hall with stonewalls, wooden flooring and wooden window frames. There is a cellar as well. It is 5sq.m. big.
There are no septic tank, toilet, running water and electricity but they can be reconnected when the estate is refurbished.
The road leading to the property is a 8 km dirt one. As the house is built in 1912, it needs total repairs.
About 15 friendly people are living in the hamlet. There are no local shops and no regular bus transport but once a week a mobile shop brings goods to the hamlet.
