Situated at the end of a welcoming and friendly village just 15 km. away from the lovely town of Sevlievo and respectively 65 km away from the rich in history town of Veliko Tarnovo this one-storey frame-built house, built on stone foundation offers living area on 60 sq. m. and briefly contains two cellars on the ground floor plus two rooms, a corridor and a room adaptable for a bathroom on the first floor.
A beautiful view towards green hills and a forest reveals in front of your eyes. The property is provided with electricity, running water is available in the two rooms on the ground only, and a septic tank.
The road to the house is part asphalt, part of it is dirt. The house hasn’t been lived in for a long time and it needs major repair before being ready to live in.
The garden is relatively big (950 sq. m.) and offers enough parking space for your car to be parked in there. Also a big barn offers opportunities for being turned into a BBQ area or a lovely guests` house.
The village itself is not really but has a couple of shops and amenities like bars as well as a medical centre and regular transport line to and from the neighboring towns.
