This comfortable one-storey house is located in calm and friendly village. The property is very solid and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. There is also an internal bathroom with a toilet.
Next to the house, there is an additional building used for a summer kitchen. The building, exposed to the south, is situated in the centre of the village and there is a panoramic view towards the hills.
The area of the yard is 1000 sq. m. big. There is a well, many fruit trees in the garden and a vine grape in front of the house.
The village is situated 8 km away from the town of Nova Zagora, 260 km from Sofia, and 140 km from the see capital of Bourgas. The village offers a doctor, school, kindergarten, and a bakery in the centre of the village.
Sports fishery is practiced in the area of the artificial lake “Ovcharica”, situated in the region. As many as 66 objects that date from the late Iron Age and 74 more from the Roman period are registered in the archaeological map. There are six antique castles and over 500 tumuli in the region. The area is distinguished for the soft climate, fertile black soil and the exuberance of water sources.
