The house we offer for sale is situated in a village some 14 km southwest from the town of Lyubimec, 18 km west of Svilengrad and 64 km southeast of Haskovo. The region is appropriate for fishing hunting and rural tourism. Just 1 km away through an eco pat you can reach " The secret waterfalls". Going south there is one of the most beautiful and picturesque places - Ivailovgard reservoir. Definitely the area is full with so many architectures, monuments, nature sightseeing that you will love to visit. As we call them - the Wealth of Bulgaria.
The property we have for sale has two floors. On each one floor there are 3 big rooms and a corridor. On on the first floor there is a bathroom with toilet as well.
