The property is located in a lovely village 71km away from Smolyan town, 59km from one of the famous Bulgarian ski resorts Pamporovo and 27km from SPA resort Banite. The nearest airport is in Plovdiv- 92km. The village is small one and offers amenities like a shop, a post office, a café and a bus transport to the nearest towns and villages.
The property has two floors and total living area of 152sq.m. On the ground floor there area; basement (under the ground floor), a corridor, a living room , a bedroom and a bathroom/WC. In the living room there is a fireplace which contributes for a cozier room. The property is stone built one- all walls are made from stones. Flooring is wooden and the windows has wooden frames. External staircase leads to the second floor where there are a corridor and four more rooms suitable for bedrooms. Here again as on the first floor of the Bulgarian property all floors and windows’ frames are wooden. From the windows of the second floor are opening marvelous mountain views.

This property sounds in good stable condition. But of course needs some renovation, modernization work to be comfortable for indwelling. The bathroom and toilet needs renovation work also. The village house located in Smolyan region is supplied with electricity and running water inside the house. The road leading to the property is gravel one.
