This is a new single-storey house which is located in a nice village close to one of the most beautiful coastal resorts in Bulgaria – Pomorie. It is 23 km from the famous resort of Sunny Beach, 4 km from a dam lake named ‘’Poroy’’ and 42 km far from the city of Burgas, as well as from the airport, respectively.

The location of the village right on the slope of the majestic Balkan Mountains and the proximity to the sea makes this place not only great for spending your holidays but also ideal for permanent living. The countryside is exceptionally beautiful, clean and offers possibilities for fishing, hunting, golf and long walks outdoors.

About 150 meters afar from the rural Bulgarian house there is a mineral spring. Another gorgeous ancient resort town is 28 km away from the property – Nessebar. This recently built house is located in a really marvellous area!

The living space of the property near the Black Sea is 70 sq.m and its garden plot extends over 680 sq.m. It is surrounded by a wire meshwork and there you can find a lot of fruit trees such as: pear, apricot, walnut and almond. The room distribution is as follows: a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with WC and a veranda. There is a possibility for the new owner to build a separating wall of the dining room and thus there would be sufficient space for a second bedroom, only if needed.

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
