Both floors have the same room disposition - three (3) rooms plus a foyer. The ground floor is based on concrete and the first floor flooring is wooden. An internal staircase connects the two floors. The property is in basic condition. It needs relocation of an inner toilet and bathroom and fitting a kitchen. Also all the window frames and doors should be changed to upgrade the property. External painting will refresh the house.

The village is nice, there is no shop, but there is regular bus transport to the nearby towns. The estate is located 50 km away from the town of Kardjali. The road leading the property is asphalt and it is easily accessible all year round. The village and its surroundings are suitable for rural tourism, hiking, etc. Another appealing feature of the region is its immediate proximity to the border post with Greece - Makaza (still under construction - to be opened in 2008), which will make the Aegean coast less than 50 km away!

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
