This rural house is located in the central part of a nice village, only 25 km far from the charming town of Elhovo and 90 km far from the international airport that is located in the city of Bourgas. An asphalt road leads to the rural house and makes it passable in all seasons.
After renovations and some modernizing this house could turn into an excellent for you and your family. The village is welcoming and calm and the region is good for fishing and hunting.
The house is built in 1928 and offers 120 sq. m residential area,
