At the end of a well-developed village with good infrastructure, is located a pretty rural home coming with a summer kitchen and several farm buildings and set on a nice, fertile plot of 1050 sq. m. of Bulgarian land.
The house was built in the 1970. The house consist of two floors and spreads over approx. 55 sq.m. of living area.
The ground floor includes a large cellar of two parts set on 35 sq. m. of living area.
The second floor offers accommodation on one spacious living room with dining area and small kitchenette, as well as a snug bedroom, connected by a corridor.
The rooms are with wooden flooring and white painted walls.
The summer kitchen is very cozy, with dining area and two more beds, benefiting from a beautiful wooden woodwork and telephone set.
Nicely saved from its current owners and now presented in good condition throughout, the house still requires slight major renovation and building of an inner bathroom /the toilet is in one of the additional buildings/.
Electricity, running water, central drainage system and a septic tank are already provided. There is off-road parking space in the yard.
The furniture is coming with the house.
The garden needs to be maintained, it is planted with a walnut tree, three apple-trees, two cherry-trees and two trellis vines.
The village is only 25 km away from the town of Lovech. It is supplied with several food shops, church, post office and health centre and regular bus transport.
Several reservoirs and Osam River, plentiful in fish are only few kilometers away from the village. Devetashka Cave, one of the biggest caves in Bulgaria is nearby.
