Located in a quite place near forest this rural bulgarian house can be turned to be your ideal place for your holiday time. It offers 50 sq.m. living area and an extremely large garden of 2500 sq.m.. It includes glazed porch, two rooms, larder and a corridor. The walls are plastered.

The estate is situated in a village only 17 km. away from the town of Dimitrovgrad(100km. away from the poular town of Elhovo, 120km. away from Plovdiv where one of the national airports is located and 200 km. away from Bourgas), in the south part of the country It is accessible through an asphalt road during all the seasons of the year. The village offers two groceries and bus transport in Haskovo region and Bulgaria. It stands on an expensive plain.
The magnificent Maritsa river passes in the region suitable for fishing and swimming.
