This rural Bulgarian house is situated 50km. away from Pleven. The nearest airport is in Sofia - the capital of the country and it's about 200 km. The property spreads over 130 sq m of living area and a garden of 1660 sq m.
The living area of the house consists of four rooms and a lounge with wooden flooring and plastered walls.
Additionally there is an extension of the main building – the so called “summer kitchen” which comprises a kitchen with dining area, entrance hall and a bathroom. The flooring is cemented and the walls are plastered.
The property is fully supplied with electricity and running water. For heating in the winter electricity or fire wood can be used.
