This rural house is situated in a pretty village, 16 km far from the
attractive town of Elhovo. It is a house built on two floors and offers accommodation of 90 sq. m residential area separated as follows:
The ground floor consists of a big room that used to be a shop.
On the next floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a nice balcony.
The house needs total renovation. It is provided with electricity and running water. A phone line can be easily installed upon a request. The bathroom and the toilet are outside the rural property, so you can relocate them inside the house.
The garden that comes with the building spreads on 800 sq. m and there are planted some fruit trees. The soil is fertile so you can grow some sorts of vegetables and plant lovely flowers. Privilege of the estate is that there is a summer kitchen. The road that keads to the house is made of asphalt and it is passable even in the winter.
The village provides all needed amenities and offers stores, cafes, a post office, a health service centre, a church, and aslo regular bus transport to the closest towns and villages.
The area is quiet and offers possibilities for rural tourism and active relaxing.
The Elhovo area is in the range of two climatic regions - the North-Toundja Region (transitional continental) and the Sakar-Strandja Region (transitional Mediterranean, with soft winter, warm spring and dry and hot summer).
The northern part of the area is characterized by a temperately
continental climate. These features reflect the lowland-hilly character of the relief.
