This two-storey stone house is situated at the end of a small village 45 km away from the town of Kardjali. The house provides 160 sq. m of living area. The area of the garden is 1600 sq. m. It is planted with fruit trees. In the house, there is a cellar of 10 q. m. On the ground floor, there are three rooms and a foyer with concrete flooring, stone walls and a wooden window frames. An indoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find four rooms, a foyer and two bathrooms. The flooring here is wooden. Also a balcony in the house is available, which shows nice views. The toilet is external, but it is possible an internal one to be built. The house is fully supplied with electricity and running water. A septic tank is also provided.
