The village where it is available for sale is 30 km away from the nice town of Montana and about 115 km from the capital city of Sofia where the nearest international airport can be found.

The large and beautiful Danube River is 50 km away from Montana and the regional center Vratsa is 40 km away. The charming town of Montana lies on the Ogosta river north from the majestic Balkan Mountains.
