This two-storey stone house is built in 1970. The property is disposed over 120sq.m of living area it is 40km away from Kardjali. There is 1500sq.m of well arranged garden which is planted with different kind of fruit trees. The ground floor consists of 3 rooms and a hall with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. The upper floor is with the same disposition but the flooring is wooden. There are no inner toilet and bathroom but it is easy to be built. A new septic tank is also required to be built. Running water is available outside of the house, electricity can be reconnected. You can warm up the house by woods and electricity during the winter. The condition of the property is not very good but once transformed it could become a very nice and comfortable cottage. There is 3km of a dirt road and it is advisable to have your own 4x4 car during the winter. About 10 friendly people are living in the village where there are not local shops and regular transport but once a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. The nearest town is 15km away where you can find all necessary amenities.
The house is located at the end of an outlying village and it provides an amazing view toward the mountains. The vicinity is appropriate for hunting, mountaineering and rural tourism.
