This two-storey rural house is located in the end of a small, quiet hamlet 10km away from Ardino. The property was built in 1970 and accommodates the total living area of 80sq.m which is distributed between the ground and the first floors. The garden spreads over 1000sq.m.
Ground floor: It comprises of two rooms and a hall which are with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames.
First floor: There you will find four rooms and a hall. All of them are with wooden flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames.
A WC is available outside the house but it is easy to be built inside as well as a bathroom. A new septic tank also needs to be built. The electricity can be reconnected and the running water can be provided from a local spring which is 100m away from the property. There is three km of a dirt road and about 500m of another road leads to the house which is suitable only for walkers. There are no local shops but the nearest town of Ardino is only 10km away where you can find all the necessary amenities. The area is appropriate for a rural tourism and mountaineering. It is at a distance of 130km from the ski resort of Pamporovo, 300km away from the sea resort of Sunny Beach and 50km from the town of Kardjali which is a place with rich culture. With a solid repair work this property can be transformed into a wonderful holiday house far away from the urban life.
