SOLD Our next offer is an authentic Bulgarian house built 1936 in a hill-mountain area. It has a strategic location near to the regional administrative centre – the city of Lovech- about 25 km away from the property. The capital of Bulgaria- the city of Sofia is about 190 km away. The nearest airport is located in the capital.
The two-storey house has typical Bulgarian features and is one with a garden of 1000 sq m big. The living area comprises of 100 sq m and is situated between the floors as it follows:
There is a basement on the first floor of the house. The floorings are earthen, the walls are white washed and the ceiling is with trimmer beams. There are two extra premises on the floor. One of them has a fireplace. There are four rooms on the second floor of the house. Three of the rooms are bedrooms and one of them has another fireplace. The walls are plastered.
There have already been provided with both electricity and water (both inside and outside). There is not a telephone installation but upon a request it is not a problem to be installed. For heating electricity or firewood can be used.
