Located some 100 metres away from the centre of a quiet and peaceful village in the hills just 7 km. away from the lovely town of Sevlievo and 37 km. from the town of Gabrovo this single -storey house offers 64 sq. m. of living area and briefly embraces of four premises with earthen flooring, stone-made walls and thick wood-beam ceiling on the ground floor and a glazed verandah with concrete flooring, a corridor, and there are also three rooms on the first floor. Nice wooden window frames and door add to the charm of the house. The property is provided with electricity and running water both out and inside. A septic tank has to be constructed. Telephone can easily be installed upon owner`s request. An asphalt road leads to the property making it easily accessible even in winter.
This house can become your favourite place for rest and relaxation. As a whole the property hasn’t been lived in for a long time and it needs rendering, repair of the ground floor and of the walls and the ceilings on the first flooring. Relocation of the bathroom/wc inside and turning it up to the new owner`s taste before being ready to live in. A wonderful view towards a lovely forest and the surroundings reveals in front of your eyes.
