In the village there are standard amenities such as regular bus transport, food shops, a post office and bars.

The distance to the village centre is about 150 m and a small beautiful river flows very close to the village. The two-storey house is old but very well kept. Its living area of 200 sq.m includes two spacious floors and the ground floor features a basement, a corridor, a kitchen and a dining room. The upper floor holds a corridor, a compact balcony, two bedrooms and a living room.

The construction of the rural house is solid but its interior needs to be refurbished and modernized. Advantages of the cheap Bulgarian house are a parking space, two outbuildings and a big garden with an area of 650 sq.m. The smaller barn needs repair but the bigger barn is functional and it can be used as a storage premise and a garage.

It also features a premise which you can transform into a workshop. Several nice fruit trees are planted in the garden and there is space for much more crops. Vratsa region is one of the greatest places in terms of rural property investment! Excellent price, convenient location and scenic surroundings are the best features of the property!
