The property consists of a pretty house, huge garden and two outbuildings. The village itself is situated in Rhodopy mountain at the distance of 10km. away from the small town of Ardino, 45km. from the administrative town of Kardjali and only 30km. from the famous spa-resort of Banite.
The living area of the house is 220sq.m. and the size of the yard is 5000sq.m. The property is built in 1981 and made of stone and bricks. The living area is evenly proportioned on both floors. There are 4 separate rooms on the Ground floor, based on concrete flooring with solid stone walls.
