A large, renovated house with nearly 3000 sq m of land, nicely located in a desirable village only 10 km east from the city of Veliko Tarnovo. The house is situated near the center of the village, on a slight slope and reveals fabulous views. Recently undergone renovation, the house is ready to move in, but needs furniture. It has living area of around 140 sq m, distributed as follows: one first floor – kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and an extra room next to the kitchen, which is either suitable for a bedroom or lounge. Kitchen is equipped with cupboards and some electric units. A hand made wooden stairs is taking you upstairs, where you find a very spacious hallway (to the size of a living room) with built in wardrobe, which connects two more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bath tube. The house has a lot of character, as traditional features have been kept. Garden is really lovely, it is nearly 3000 sq m of land, part of which is already established vineyard! Views from both, the house and the garden, are absolutely lovely. Village is sought after, because of its proximity to the city of Veliko Tarnovo. There is an English run campsite, as well, where you could go swimming in the large pool, or having a meal in the snack bar.
