This old two-storey property needs a total repair work and renovation but it is in a nice village with a beautiful view and very friendly villagers. The estate is situated 65km away from the town of Kardjali. The building spreads over 60sq.m of living area.
The first floor contains two rooms with concrete flooring, stonewalls, wooden window frames, bathroom and a hall. An external staircase leads to the second floor, which is based on wooden flooring and is distributed by the same way.
The property is supplied with electricity, running water and main drainage. An inner toilet is required to be built. There is an additional building of 20sq.m but it is in a very bad condition and it is better to raze it to the ground.
The property offers a garden, which is 800sq.m. It can be used to plant fruit and vegetables; make a BBQ area, etc.
An asphalt road leads to the estate and it’s reachable throughout the year.
About 100 people live in the hamlet where there are local shops and mayor’s office. A regular bus transport is servicing the village. A new border post with Greece will be opened by 2008 that will be only 1km away from the village. The nearest town is only few kilometers away, where you can find all the necessary amenities.
The area is suitable for hunting, hiking, cycling, etc. Transform this old house into a nice and cozy one and live the rural life in the beautiful Bulgarian countryside.
