The property is situated in the village Golyam Manastir that is only 16 km away from the local Municipality centre, 22km far from the town of Elhovo and is close to Strandja Mountain. A main road passes near the village. There is also a river and a dam nearby. A local monastery is available. Other amenities are: Spa centre and a golf course that are only 50 km away, 50km to a ski resort, and 120km to the international airport in Bourgas city and to the Black Sea coast.
