This two-storey house is set in the middle of a nice village 20km away from the town of Kardjali. The estate provides 60sq.m of living area and some 500sq.m of a small garden.
The ground floor of the house comprises of two rooms and a hall with concrete flooring, stonewalls and wooden window frames. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three rooms and a hall with wooden flooring, brick walls, and wooden window frames.
