The large Ovcharitsa dam lake is located in close proximity which provides very good fishing conditions. Besides, the countryside is also suitable for activities such as rural tourism development and hunting. In the village are offered the most necessary amenities like local food shops, regular bus lines, a post office and relaxation spots.

The cozy and cheap two-storied house comes with a landscaped yard with a private well for irrigation.
