The property is situated at the end and at the same time 150-200 metres away from the centre of a sociable and welcoming village in the fields only 20 km. far from the gorgeous town of Apriltsi, just 22 km. away from the well-developed town of Sevlievo and some 24 km. away from the pictorial town of Troyan. The city of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria is about 150km away. The nearest airport is located near the capital.
This one-storey house offers accommodation on 85 sq. m. and in short consists of: three rooms, a cellar (15 sq. m.) and a corridor under the earth floor. Some of the floorings are covered with bricks, and other are wood-made. Panoramic scenery towards a green forest opens ahead of the plot. Since a long time the house has not been lived so it needs a main repair before being ready to settle down.
The house is supplied with electricity, running water both inside and outside as well as a septic tank. In addition a telephone can easily be installed upon request. An asphalt road is leading to the plot making it without difficulty reachable in all seasons. No garage is constructed still it is salaried for enough parking space in the yard. The garden is huge-900 sq. m. and once cleaned and landscaped it will determinately become your favorite place for relax and recreation.
The river of Vidima is winding close to the village offering opportunities to keen fishermen to practice their hobby. Furthermore magnificent forests make the area suitable for hunting. The village itself has a community cultural centre, a medical centre, a hospital, a church and regular bus transport to the nearby towns.
