This is a large house built on two floors, located close to the charming town of Elhovo. The estate is very large and offers 120 sq. m residential area. The house consists of:
On the first floor there is a veranda, a kitchen and two bedrooms; external stairs lead to the second floor;
The second floor consists of a terrace and three rooms joined by a corridor.
The state of the house is very good but still needs the ceilings to be repaired. Electricity, running water and small septic tank are supplied. A phone landline is easy to be installed if the new owners want.
The bathroom and the toilet are external, but they could easily be relocated inside the house with the help of our local professional team of builders.
The lovely trellis-vine in front of the house makes it very fascinating. The building is surrounded by a wonderful garden that spreads on 1000 sq. m. There grow fruit trees and nice flowers. It is good for planting some vegetables.
There are offered several shops, some restaurants, and regular bus service that are within walking distance. The amazing view is toward the neighbourhood houses.
The Elhovo area is in the range of two climatic regions - the North-Toundja Region (transitional continental) and the Sakar-Strandja Region (transitional Mediterranean, with soft winter, warm spring and dry and hot summer).
The northern part of the area is characterized by a temperately
continental climate. These features reflect the lowland-hilly character of the relief.
