Old country house with spacious plot of land, two garages and farm buildings located in a lively village 25 km away from the Danube river. The house has one floor which consists of living room, kitchen, premise for bathroom, closet, two bedrooms and basement. The property has a spacious 2500 sq.m. plot of land with a couple of storage buildings in it, two garages and many fruit trees. The house is located in a quiet area inside the village which is pretty lively and offers a lot to its inhabitants such as primary school and kindergarten, library, small health practice and police station, restaurant, a couple of cafe-bars, construction material store, grocery stores, gas station, car wash, local internet supplier, etc. The village also has regular bus transport to the regional center – Vratsa and the capital city Sofia.
