Kardam is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich district. It is located 35 km north of the town of Dobrich, 14 km from the municipal center of General Toshevo and 5 km from the Bulgarian-Romanian border.

The terrain is flat. The climate is temperate-continental and is characterized by hot summer, colorful autumn, cold winter with heavy snowfall and sunny spring. The population numbers about 1,000 people. Altitude - 198 m.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
