Old country house with spacious plot of land located in the outskirts of a quiet village 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground floor consists of corridor, premise for shower room, basement, storage room and kitchen. On the second floor one can find a terrace, corridor, closet, living room and one bedroom. The house has overall living area of about 100 sq.m. Despite the efforts of the owners it needs some investments for renovation and reconstruction. Behind the main building are the storage buildings and a covered parking area which can hold at least one vehicle. The storage buildings are facing the street and therefore serve as a solid fence from this side of the yard. The plot of land is quite big – 3500 sq.m. and is surrounded from all sides by vegetation which can be turned into a nice quick-hedge. The garden provides a bundle of fruit trees and bushes. Here people can find raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, apricots, pears, plums, apples, cherries, apricots – all of this among a well maintained small winery, vegetable garden and open space. The house has nice views towards the surrounding area and is in a very quiet spot in the outskirts of the village about 150 meters away from main road. The village where the property is located is nice and quiet. There are already several people from the UK and other countries living in the area. The village has Internet access, two coffee shops, grocery store, bar, post office, bus transport. The regional center Vratsa is situated about 40 km away from here. Main international road going to Romania passes just about a kilometer away from the village. Cheap property with nice location and big plot of land.

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
