Big rural property located in a village near river 55 km away from the town of Vratsa,Bulgaria.The site has two houses,several farm buildings and very big plot of land.The old house is small.It has one floor with lobby,corridor,living room and a bedroom.There is also a kitchen which is next to the house in another building used mainly for storage purposes.The big house has two floors.The ground floor consists of a big basement while the second has small terrace,corridor,living room,kitchen,two bedrooms and a bathroom.There are several farm buildings in the plot of land.The yard is very big and is divided in two parts.The bigger part has the residential buildings in it along with some land used for fruits and flowers and a vineyard.The second part of the yard has some farm buildings and mainly grass in it.The property is located in the outskirts of the village on a hill.There are nice panoramic views from here.A big river runs less than 100 meters away from the property.The village is big and offers regular bus transport,school,kindergarten, postal services and some shops and a bar.There are two gas stations in the neighbouring villages one of which is also the municipality center. Romania and the Danube river are roughly 30 km away from the property.Very nice and quiet place.
