Kunka is very very professional , polite , honest and helpful,,, I was about to buy a rural property in Bulgaria few months ago, and paid 1000$ , but an accident happened to my car and had to return my money back to contribute in repairs,, she politely returned them back on time,, but nearly I will buy from her Regards Mahmoud

I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower! When the time came that we were able to come to Bulgaria Kiki and her partner drove out to visit it with us and even helped us meet the neighbour. There is no way that we would have gotten such a personalised and 'above and beyond' service in the uk. For anyone considering buying in Bulgaria, this is the company to go for, she will get you the best deal and help you every step of the way, you won't regret choosing Bulgarian House.

100% recommend Kiki from Bulgarian House for buying a property in Bulgaria. Absolutely no problems from start to finish, she is professional and kind, helped us with a number of questions we had. Everything was carefully explained in detail. Now we have a wonderful house in rural Bulgaria. After looking for a property for a while we found an apartment in sunny beach, with lockdown not allowing us to view the property Kiki went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from opening a bank account in Bulgaria to finding us a solicitor our end. She was very professional and on the end of the phone whenever we needed her help or advice. Very happy owners

Kunka was very nice,very fast,and very correct!I was thinking a lot to buy an Apartment in Bulgaria,when I choosed one,the COVID was coming ,and we did not what will come.And Kunka send me back my 1.000.EUR deposit very short time!!!For me this was a very big thing!!!After one year, I decided to buy 2 peace’s of Apartmant,and I am the happy new owner .Kunka also help me for kitchen,furniture and for information how I can give out as a rent.I am very happy!
