An old Bulgarian house for sale with big farm building and a plot of land located in a village some 27km away from Vratsa city and 137km from Sofia capital and international airport. Nearest town is Krivodol- only 7km away.
The house that we present to your attention has total area of 1430sq.m from which 1132 sq.m is the garden and 298sq.m is the area of the buildings. House has living area of 136sq.m.
The house has two floors and consists of three rooms and a corridor on each floor. Internal staircase leads to the second floor. The house has solid foundation which is stone built up. It was built in 1964.
The property is for sale with all furniture in. There are some beds, sofa, tables, chairs, etc. It needs some renovation work in case to be comfortable according to the new life standards.
Part of the garden is vineyard.
The village is situated at the foot of the mountains and is surrounded by wooden hills. Vratsa region is suitable for rural tourism as well. Near the village there is a dam lake suitable for fishing.
In the surroundings of Vratsa - 12 kilometres inside the mountain there is a modern centre for recreation with facilities such as sauna, fitness suite and others. Within the territory of the province is the Vrachanski Balkan Natural Park that offers excellent opportunities for recreation; there is Vrachanski Karst reserve, the cave Ledenika of international importance, and the Vratsa Gorge near the town of Vratsa. Currently, the following protected natural attractions and historical monuments are located on the territory of the State Forestry Board Vratsa: Vrachanski Karst reserve - including the beautiful rocky forms of the Vratsa Mountain; the Natural Park Vrachanski Balkan - covers part of the State Forestry territory of the Stara Planina mountain; Ledenika cave, a national tourist attraction; Ponora cave in the region of Chiren village; Vratsata gourge of the Leva river by the town of Vratsa; the Gods Bridges - a natural rocky bridge and the karst spring in the Chiren village region; Borovanska mogila - an ancient Thracian fortress; Botev pat memorial; the highest waterfall Skaklya, with a height of 141 metres.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
