The property for sale is located in a beautiful place near the centre of a Bulgarian village, only 15km away from Pleven - the seventh largest city in the country and an important administrative centre and a historical town.
The estate is more than 60 years old and includes a two storey house, a big yard with a parking lot and a few farm-like buildings.
The ground floor of the house is constructed as a cellar and has two small rooms and a corridor. It has plastered walls, wooden window frames and flooring from brick and cement.
