This charming Bulgarian house is situated in the outskirts of a splendid village in the fields only 15 km. away from the town of Belene and 30 km. away both from the towns of Pleven and Svishtov. Although the property is presented in good condition still some renovations have to be done in order to make it more comfortable. Relocation of the toilet, repairing of small cracks in one of the rooms, refurbishment as well as modernization up to the latest standards is necessary.
