This cozy rural house built in 1963 is located in the centre of a pretty village some 30km away from the town of Svishtov and respectively just 5km from the river Osam.
Built as a single storey house it spreads over 98 sq m of living area it can be turned into a nice holiday home where you can enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere. It comprises of an entrance hall, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a storage room. The flooring is wooden or concrete, the walls are wallpapered and wooden window frames give additional charm of the property.

Although presented in good overall condition the house is in need of a superficial refurbishment and re-plastering of walls. Relocation of the bathroom will also be beneficial. The enclosed garden (1530 sq m) is ideal for growing fruit and vegetables or just for landscaping and making it a nice spot for recreation.
The village itself is a peaceful one with friendly and hospitable people. It has about 2000 inhabitants and it offers all amenities as a shopping centre, pharmacy, medical centre and plenty of cafes and grocery shops.
