This lovely Bulgarian house offered here for sale is located in Pleven region only 25 km away from the city itself. Pleven is the seventh largest city in Bulgaria and an important administrative and a historical centre. The capital and the nearest airport are about 130 km away.
The property embraces a one-storey house which was built in 1954 and a garden of 1800 sq. m. The living area is as much as 76 sq. m. and it is distributed as follows:
