This stone house is situated 5km. away from the municipality town of Ivailovgrad and 100 km. away from the regional center of Kardjali. The property spreads over 80sq.m. living area.
The ground floor is based on hardened earth, there are two separate rooms and a foyer, the walls are made of stone, and the window frames are wooden. There are three separate rooms and a foyer, based on wooden flooring, brick - built walls and wooden window frames. There is a basement – 10sq.m.
