This lovely Bulgarian single-storey house built in 1968 is situated at the very centre of a picturesque village right on the bank of the river Danube and 50 km. away from the famous town of Pleven. It provides 100 sq. m. living area and briefly consists of: three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The walls are plastered, the flooring is pressed clay and the windows have nice wooden frames. Electricity and water are available in the property. A septic tank needs to be constructed or a connection to the sewerage system of the village. A telephone live is not available but it can be installed upon request. As no one lived in the property for quite a long time a total refurbishment and some partial repairs of cracks are needed in order to bring it up to modern standards before. A relocation of the bathroom/wc will also be beneficial.
