Pleven is the seventh largest city in Bulgaria and an important administrative and historical centre. The house is also in proximity to a town called Pordim (10 km away). The capital of Bulgaria - Sofia and the nearest airport are 135 km away from the property.
The property represents a two-storey house built in 1935, an additional building-the so called summer kitchen, a farm building and a yard of 450 sq. m. The living area of the estate is 86 sq. m. It is distributed between the two floors as follows: there are three premises with a fireplace on the ground floor of the house. The flooring is stone-made. The windows on the rooms are small, two-winged and are glazed. On the first floor of the house there are three rooms and a verandah.
