Osenovo is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of Aksakovo municipality, Varna region. It is located 18 km southwest of the village of Kranevo, 7 km southwest of Albena (but no direct road has been built) and 17 km northeast of Varna. Osenovo is a beautiful, small village located 3 km from the sea coast. It is situated in a small hollow, surrounded by hills on all sides except the east. The steep slopes in the northern part protect it from the stormy northern winds in winter, and to the east there is a captivating panorama of the Black Sea. The village has a community center, an Orthodox church, a doctor's office, 2 pastry shops, a town hall, grocery stores, a post office.
The infrastructure is very good. The roads are in good condition. The village is fully electrified and water supplied. All modern communications are available - internet, mobile communications, satellite TV, digital telephone exchange.
Osenovo has a good road and transport connection with the city of Varna - permanent bus line No. 28.
Today, more than 15 foreign families live in the village, who have chosen to create their second home in the village. Many residents of Varna have also preferred to live permanently in Osenovo, commuting daily to their workplaces in the city of Varna.
