This attractive Bulgarian rural house is available for sale in a historically significant and truly vivid village in Smolyan region. It is located in the southern part of the country in the Municipality of Chepelare at the foot of the unbelievably beautiful Bulgarian mountain range – the Rhodope Mountains.
It les 25 km from the splendid Bachkovo Monastery and 35 km from the popular ski resort of Pamporovo. The nearest international airport is in the city of Plovdiv situated at a distance of 58 km away from the Bulgarian property.
Here is one of the best must-visit places which is going to enchant you with its stunning mountain scenery and an incredible diversity of landmarks such as the Wonder Bridges which are shaped by a river which, flowing close to them, has washed away the walls and a part of a large cave.
After the outgoing tide of the river, two wonderful marble arches remained looking a lot like bridges. Another interesting tourist object is the Cheleveshka Cave.
The prominent spa resort of Banite is a few km away from the house. The lovely village lies illustriously at an elevation of 785 m above sea level and is a perfect place not only for a peaceful and relaxing holiday but for constant living. It offers amenities such as cafes, food shops, a church and regular bus transport to the closest settlements.
