This brick build house is one- storey and offers accommodation of 65 sq m living area distributed in the following manner: First floor: three rooms connected by a corridor, an internal staircase leads to the attic which provides more living space. Advantage of the property is that there is a summer kitchen, which consists of an entrance hall and one room.
The house is presented in very good condition and needs just some refreshment and modernizing to become a lovely place to live in. Running water is not available in the house.
There is no bathroom and the toilet is external so a good decision is to convert one of the rooms into such a place. Electricity is available; a telephone line is easy to be installed upon a request.
