This house at shell stage is located at one of the ends of a village 30 km. away from the big town of Stara Zagora. It is accessible through a dirt road. The house stands at the front end of a vast 1505 sq. m. regulated plot of land. The living area of the house is 30 sq. m. There is not electricity and running water available, but it is easy to supply. Telephone line can be installed too.
The garden is planted with fruit trees.
Village stands at expensive plain with fantastic view and fresh air. It offers two groceries, café-bar and supplied bus transport to the town.
The Stara Zagora region incluides the Stara Zagora plain, Kazanlak kettle, some of the middle parts of the Balkan Mountains and the Sredna Gora Mountains. The region is rich in water resources.
There are a lot of mineral springs in Pavel Banya, Stara Zagora spas, the village of Yagoda. Koprinka dam is one of the biggest in the country. The fertile Kazanlak kettle is famous for its special sorts of tragrant roses from which the precious rose oil is extracted.
