Old country house with plot of land located in a big village half an hour away from ski area and spa resort in the Northwest of Bulgaria. The house has one floor. It holds corridor, bathroom with toilet, living room, kitchen and one bedroom. The property has a nice, well maintained yard with vineyard, fruit trees and some open space. There is also a storage building which is situated not far away from the house. The property is located on a quiet street within the limits of the village about 5 minutes away from the center. It is in a nice, sunny spot which provides great conditions for gardening activities. There is also a partial panoramic view towards the distant mountains from here. The village is big and lively. It has several shops and cafe-bars, mayor`s office, library, post office, small market, kindergarten, primary school and bus connections to the nearest towns. The nearest city is about 15 km away from the property. It is the regional center for the area and provides plenty of nice places like restaurants, shops, cafe-bars, big library, theater, cinema, an old fortress, big dam suitable for fishing and swimming and much more. In the city one can do shopping, visit a doctor or dentist, repair his car or tools, buy new car, tools, equipment, construction materials, electrical appliances, etc. There are also good primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens, general hospital, gas stations, train station, bus station, big park and museum. The city has good connections via road and rail with the national capital city Sofia as well as with other parts of Bulgaria. Sofia is about two hours away from the property. The nearest ski resort is about half an hour away from the house. It is located on top of a mountain peak and provides good conditions for skiing. It is mainly of local use but there are big investment plans for the place and growing interest too. The oldest spa resort town in Bulgaria is at about the same distance from here.
